I agree to Turtle Creative obtaining from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about me/us in relation to commercial history.

In the event of a credit provider granting credit facilities to the applicant then the following terms shall apply:

All accounts are to be settled within 30 days of the date of invoice
Should the application default in payment, interest shall be charged at 18% per annum until the outstanding monies be paid. Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by the credit provider in recovering outstanding monies will be paid by the applicant.
Where possession of goods are transferred to the applicant it is to be expressly understood that these remain the property of Turtle Creative until monies are paid in full.

The undersigned certifies that the information hereafter is true and correct and that the undersigned is authorized to sign this application to accept the credit terms and conditions hereafter to grant permission to the credit provider or their agent to inquire into the credit worthiness of the applicant and to record, report, check or refer any information on the application or their account to any person, company, government department or credit bureau.
